Healthy Tomorrows
The Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Childrens Program has awarded DDC Clinic a grant that will allow us to provide convenient and affordable transportation for medical services to Amish children with special needs and their families. Planning has begun on this project and collaborations are being formed that will ensure the best use of the limited resources available to serve the children.
DDC Clinic's Patient Assistance Program
DDC Clinic's Patient Assistance Program got a much needed boost when it was selected by the sate attorney general's office through a competitive application process to receive a grant designed to help fund programs that increase acces to prescription medication for the uninsured or underinsured. The clinic's patient assistance program helps local families obtain critical medications and nutritional supplements; funds from the grant will enable us to expand direct patient assistance by 200%, increase the recycling program for equipment and supplies, begin a community outreach program and enhance current collaborations to improve the program.
